Group Classification.

Class Description
Level 1 This category includes any school sponsored event or school sponsored sport practice/competition and co-curricular activities that do not require personnel charges; employee/staff organizations; Sparta Area Schools PTA/PTO, Sports and Band Boosters and Sparta Education Foundation events.
Level 2 This category includes:  non-profit community groups based within Sparta Area School boundaries whose purposes are supported by voluntary contributions; Proof of tax-exempt status may be required.  
Level 3 This category includes groups whose profits are used for the advancement of that group.

Non-District Groups: Upload the Group's Certificate of Insurance and its Expiration Date.
